WHY REBUILD IT?
- Many industrial engines
are made to be rebuilt. Many are NOT "throw away" engines that
other dealers may lead you to believe.
- Extend the life of
your equipment for minimal cost. The cost to rebuild can save you money
compared to new.
- Rebuilding your engine
is usually less than half the cost of a new engine.
- How many hours of use
did you get out of your engine? A rebuild could last as long as your engine
did when new.

Rebuilds
Each and every engine
Enginemasters rebuilds is a custom job for you. We take your original engine
and make it as close to new as it can get. Each engine is completely disassembled
and cleaned. Each and every part is hand cleaned and inspected for unusual
wear. All critical components are checked to insure they are within factory
specifications. Crankshafts are inspected and checked for cracks if necessary.
Crankshafts not within specifications are reground to accept undersize bearings.
Cylinders will be honed or bored to the next size if necessary, valves and
seats are ground while keeping in mind to check for valve guide wear. Your
engine is finally reassembled in a clean environment and test run. All engines
take a bath and receive new paint before leaving our facility.
What is better about our
rebuilds compared to our competitors, the price. We only put into the engine
what it needs. Many engines are originally built so that parts can be reused
and resurfaced. Our rebuilds are cost efficient as well as convenient. Try
